One-step method: continuous spinning, stretching, deformation, winding process.
Two-step method: Spinning drawing combined with simultaneous yarn deformation or spinning winding and tensile deformation.
Three-step method: spinning and unwinding
The two-step process is similar to the two-step process. Spinning is the same as conventional spinning. One winding bobbin of one color, then three different color bobbins are combined, or stretched, or deformed into Polypropylene bulk yarn.
However, the one-step continuous production of BCF is different. This process requires three screws to extrude three kinds of melts of the required color, and then distribute them to the spinneret through the distribution pipe, so that each filament has three bundles of different colors, and then One-step BCF spinning by continuous stretching.
